Returns Policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds for change of mind as well as sale items. All sale items are a final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. Proof of purchase will also be required such as an email receipt or paper invoice only.
To start a return, you can contact us via email only at @bubbaclubco@outlook.com.au for information on how to start the return as well as the return address. If accepted, the return satchel + shipping must be paid by the person returning the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages/faults
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please inform us immediately if you need to exchange an item for a different product/size. All exchanges requested after 21 days of receiving the item will be declined.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the following item received is damaged or you have received the incorrect items & would not like an exchange/credit. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few business days for the funds to return to the original payment method.
